These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Greece Nutritionist. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

Our platform provides nutritional education and lifestyle coaching. Our "personalized dietary guidance" is based on the information you provide regarding your health history, goals, and lifestyle. Accuracy in your disclosure is paramount to the quality of the guidance provided.

You acknowledge that nutritional needs vary significantly based on individual physiology and that results from dietary changes are not guaranteed. Success is dependent on multiple factors beyond our control, including adherence to protocols and underlying health conditions.

All online consultations must be scheduled through our official portal. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

Greece Nutritionist reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a consultation if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate, professional boundaries are breached, or if the client's needs fall outside our scope of practice.

The materials provided during consultations—including meal plans, recipe guides, and educational handouts—are the intellectual property of Greece Nutritionist. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of any material obtained through the platform without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Greek intellectual property law.

In no event shall Greece Nutritionist be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the application of dietary advice provided.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This limitation applies even if Greece Nutritionist has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
